Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 23 years
- Minimum driving experience: 1 year
- Young driver surcharge (under 25): €4.50/day (max €99)
- Senior driver surcharge (over 65): €4.50/day (max €99)
- Maximum age: 70 years
Required Documents at Pickup
- Valid passport or national ID
- Valid driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
- Credit or debit card in the driver's name
- Booking voucher (if reservation was paid online)
What's Included in the Rental Price
- VAT (value added tax)
- CDW — Collision Damage Waiver
- TP — Theft Protection Coverage
- Civil Responsibility insurance
- Road tax / Vignette (valid for Bulgaria)
- Unlimited mileage (for rentals of 4+ days)
- Rentals under 4 days: 250 km/day included

Fuel Policy
Full-to-full. Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with an incomplete tank: cost of missing fuel + €10 refuelling fee.
Security Deposit
- Amount: €100 to €600 depending on vehicle class
- Payment method: Credit card only (VISA or MASTERCARD)
- Deposit is fully refunded upon vehicle return in same condition
Deposit may be withheld for: undercarriage damage, tyre/audio/accessory damage, extensive accident damage, accident without Traffic Police protocol, in-car pollution or fire damage, loss of documents or keys.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 7+ days before rental start: full refund minus 20% cancellation fee (minimum €99.00)
- Cancellations within 7 days of rental start: subject to individual assessment
Insurance Exclusions
The insurance coverage does NOT apply in the following circumstances:
- Driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances
- No Traffic Police protocol filed after an accident
- Vehicle operated by an unauthorised driver
- Tyres damaged by fire or during an accident
- Driver intentionally caused the damage
- Vehicle left unlocked with keys visible
- Vehicle documents left inside the vehicle
